If you reserve via Retty online booking, you can cancel the reservation following procedure.

The booking confirmation email is an automatic reply. If you reply to it, it will not reach the restaurant.
Please refer to the following for each procedure.
1. Cancel by online
If it is 24 hours before the booking date and time, you can cancel online.
There are two ways.
After you cancel your reservation successfully, a "reservation confirmation email" will be sent to you. The email address is the same one that you entered at the time of reservation.

It may charge a cancelation fee depending on your reservation.
A: Cancel from the URL in your reservation confirmation email
You can cancel in this way, if you book through "Reserve With Google".

Open your reservation confirmation email

Open [Reservation confirmation page URL] described in the email

Click on the orange button at the bottom of the page displayed
→When you click this button, you can go to the cancellation page. -
Select a cancellation reason and click on the green button at the bottom of the page

B: Cancel from [Reservation Management Page / 予約管理ページ]
You can also cancel from the [Reservation Management Page] only if the reservation has been made while logged into your Retty account.
iPhone App/Android App
- Tap [Reserve /予約] from the tab at the bottom of the top page to open the reservation management screen
- From the confirmed reservations, tap [Confirm reservation details /予約詳細確認]for the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Tap [Go to reservation cancellation screen / 予約キャンセル画面へ]
- Select a cancellation reason and tap [Cancel reservation / 予約をキャンセルする]
Smart phone Website
- Tap [三] on the top right of the top page and select [Reservation management / 予約管理]
- From the confirmed reservations, tap [Confirm reservation details / 予約詳細確認] for the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Tap [Go to reservation cancellation screen / 予約キャンセル画面へ]
- Select a cancellation reason and tap [Cancel reservation / 予約をキャンセルする]
PC Web
- Open Top page
- Click the icon on the top right select [Reservation management / 予約管理]
- From the confirmed reservations, click[Confirmed Reservation Details / 予約詳細確認] for the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Click [Go to reservation cancellation screen /予約キャンセル画面へ]
- Select a cancellation reason and click[Cancel reservation /予約をキャンセルする]
2．Cancel by phone
If any of the following apply, please call the restaurant directly to cancel.
- 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time has passed
- "Reservation confirmation page URL" is not listed
- If you want to cancel the request booking when the reservation is not confirmed
